History:He was created to be a protoype of shadow in the project and was going to be the final product until a mishap with an elctrode by a trainee gaurd sent an electrical current through his proto form. turning him into a walking battery. these new powers allowed him to attract electrons and rearrange matter. his body can use chaos emeralds to transform into a pure ac current allowing him to 'possess' electronis and robotics. eggman has had him fight sonic a great many times and restored some of his original intended powers. he was the one who revealed the research taking place on the ark and was given it as his home by GUN. he has had eggman upgrade some of the systems until the black arms attack in which he was fired in the laser into the black comet.
